- No returns/refunds on products sold as "Clearance" or products with a "Sale" price
- No returns/refunds on products that are considered "Special Order" or that are not stocked in a Wood Floors Plus warehouse
- No returns/refunds after 30 days
- No returns/refunds on opened cartons, damaged cartons, or products not otherwise in the same condition as when they left our facilities (returns for defective product are not included in this return policy and are handled on an individual basis)
- No returns on Moldings, Stair Parts, Adhesives, Finish
On any returns, the customer is responsible for the charges incurred in returning the product to Wood Floors Plus. We can provide return shipping, however the shipping charge may differ from the charge when your order was placed. Wood Floors Plus may discount the freight charges for volume shipments. For returned orders, the actual shipping charges will be used.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. If you need to return a product, please contact Wood Floors Plus customer service to receive an authorization.

Orders can be cancelled as long as the order has not left our building. If the product is special order or not regularly stocked at Wood Floors Plus, the order cannot be cancelled. Any cancelled orders will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
